I made it to NEPAL!
All I can say is WOW...  Kathmandu is an absolutely spectacular city and I'm so stoked to finally be here.  When I was in NYC last summer I met a guy named Erich Theophile who is the head of a non-profit organization here in Nepal working to preserve the temples and Royal Palace...

I met with Raju toady at KVPT (Kathmandu Valley Preservation Trust) and they're going to allow me to volunteer here alongside the laborers...  So, it looks like I'll be hauling bricks for a while, but I can't even begin to say how grateful I am to be part of their amazing work...

Their amazing organization can be found here:  http://www.kvptnepal.org/

Samples of their work...

Testimonials

I was inspired and moved, and felt for the first time that one person truly can make a difference.

The world seems so much bigger and yet so much more attainable after visiting Africa with Global Colors.
